Her Name Is Lovely

Yes. Women can write like this.

Last night I met a woman named Lovely
She danced behind the glass in a booth
She said that she wanted to have me,
and the warnings from the spirit of Jezebel
wasn’t enough to scare her to choose

Her lips are full, long legs for days
When her lips move I believe every word she says
She wants me to take her home and tie her to my bed
I started sweating when the booth light turned red
The dance was over and I knew I was dead,
when I let her in my car, then off to my residence

When her lips move she sounds insane
When her lips move she sounds insane
That doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing

Two crystal glasses and a bottle of the best champagne
Only the best for my lower class strange
She told me she likes to play with trains,
lay on the tracks and pray that it came
Playing with fate gives her an adrenaline rush,
just like the dragon she pulled out of her purse

Tonight feels so real and she didn’t ask for money,
she never said that she was gonna charge me
I’ve got my condoms, my wallet, my keys and my watch,
keep my eyes on it all in case for her times are tough
She said she wants me to take my time, but get rough
All I want to do is show her love

She took out a knife, I thought she would stab me
She just took it out in case it’s hard to untie me
She told me that once she did leave a man for dead,
then she laughed and said she was just playing with my head

She laid down and said it was okay now to touch
I needed a minute so she let me lay down and watch
She moved so beautifully just like she did in the booth
Then I gave in to her and I cut loose

When her body moves she looks insane
When her body moves she looks insane
That doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing

Inside the mind and body of a mad woman
there is the Garden of Eden,
a place where lust flows long and hard with streams
like her that just keep running,
and as long as she let’s it, she just travels on
all the way through to Babylon

She said that Gandhi believed
that happiness is when what you
think and say and do are in harmony.
She said she just calls that honesty.

She said people now think more about suicide
than they think about sex
At least twenty times a day
she is willing to guess
She said she isn’t the one whose head is a mess
Hypnotizing me with her words as she lays there undressed

When her lips move she sounds insane
When her lips move she sounds insane
That doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing

Her name is Lovely
Her name is Lovely
Her name is Lovely
